The Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Skill and its group affiliates.
Mr.Aslam is focused on providing the strategy and vision that allows Skill to attain its goal to be a leading real estate development company in the industry.
Mr. Aslam, a qualified Civil Engineer with vast industry knowledge, co-founded Skill with Syed Naveed and helped build Skill as it is today. His well-seasoned perspective perfectly complements Skill's needs as a young and rapidly growing company in a highly competitive industry
SYED NAVEEDUDDIN AHMED
(CO-FOUNDER & COO)
The Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Skill and its group affiliates.
Mr. Naveed oversees the operations of Skill and its group affiliates and is focused on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain Skill's rapid growth and on ensuring quality.
Mr. Naveed, a qualified Civil Engineer with unmatched industry experience, co-founded Skill with Syed Aslam and has helped Skill grow its business to become more profitable and emerge as a leading real estate development company.
SYED BASHEERUDDIN FAAYEZ
(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mr. Faayez is the latest entrant among the 2nd generation of Skill Group and has been with Skill Group since March 2017. He holds a B.E. (Civil) degree from a reputed institute, in Hyderabad.
In his role as Executive Director of Projects and Planning, he is responsible for driving the company's construction, planning, architecture, and designing efforts forward. His experience in architecture and design comes in handy while planning the construction process flow for each project.
SYED MOHAMMED AKRAM
(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mr. Akram is one of the latest additions to the Skill Group's second generation of members, having joined in June 2018. He holds a B.E. (Civil) degree from a reputed institute in Hyderabad.
In his current role as Executive Director of Projects and Planning, he is responsible for the construction, planning, and designing of all Skill Group projects, as well as their execution. With an eye for detail, he ensures that every aspect of the project is well taken care of, right from its inception to completion.
